This position entails the following responsibilities:
- You talk to our customers and understand their business processes and requirements
- You translate customer needs into functional and technical specifications
- You coordinate digitization for the purpose of improving business processes. Through experience with administrative processes you have a good view of the points for improvement and you describe these in thorough analysis documents
- You make proposals to optimize processes
- You identify opportunities for automation and support customers in calculating the business case of their initiative
- You make test plans and support key users and developers during testing
- You are responsible for reporting and documentation of new developments that is clear to all users
- You provide training to our customers on how to identify RPA opportunities
You recognize yourself in the following description:
- You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent)
- You have at least 5 years of experience with business analysis (within IT projects)
- You have strong analytical skills and you think process-oriented
- You are strong in clear communication and you argue clearly and convincingly
- You are customer-oriented and take your responsibility
- To be a discussion partner with our developers, you have state-of-the-art knowledge of and affinity with RPA, Artificial Intelligence and/or low-code development or you are willing to master this in a short time
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French
