Your job?

Part of Own Improvement Team, your mission will be to improve data transparency and enable Efficy and our customers to make better business decisions.

• You will implement methods to improve data reliability and quality, create models for predicting customers behaviors like churn, upsell opportunities and build business intelligence.
• You will use various methods to gather and transform raw data into useful data systems.
• Overall, you’ll strive for efficiency by aligning data systems with business goals.
• You will also collaborate with Product Teams to improve the customers usage of our products by refining the product development like marketing flows.

Your profile?

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
• A first professional experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python)
• Good understanding of Relational databases
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense or another BI tool like Power BI, Tableau, etc
• Fluent in English
• High capacity for learning new technologies.
• Great numerical and analytical skills
• Good autonomy while being a team player
• Accurate and well organised

Type of contract – Permanent, Fulltime

Flexible hybrid model. You can be based in the Efficy office/country of your choice.
