As a Senior AE (Account Executive), your goal is to increase our ARR (annual recurring revenue), maintain long-term partnerships, and become the product solution expert for your client base. You will collaborate with our technical experts, customer success team, and sales colleagues to maximize growth opportunities and represent us at Salesforce events worldwide, for which, you will receive 10% commission uncapped.
In this role, you will report directly to the EMEA Sales Director and act as a pioneer in Enterprise Sales development opportunities. This role will be highly visible and impactful, with boundless opportunities for advancement, growth, and leadership potential. Additionally, you will be met with unmatched onboarding resources, educational support, and mentorship to ensure you have the greatest chance of success.
- Outbound sales, focused on acquisition of Enterprise Accounts
- Account management, focused on cross- and upselling our products and professional services
- Control over sales process from demo to close
- Meticulous in processing the required sales administration
- Manage all customer stakeholders and guide them through our sales process
- Collaborate with BDRs (Business Development Rep) and our internal stakeholders (cf. supra) who will support your efforts
- Partner with Salesforce and system integrators
- Social selling
- Leverage your Enterprise Sales experience through peer-to-peer coaching
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or equivalent sales closing experience
- Previous tech industry experience *Salesforce knowledge a plus
- Masters degree
- Willingness to work hybrid from Antwerp office 50% of the time
