About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hungry Sales Leader to lead Unbox into the next growth phase and help us revolutionize how organizations distribute value.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our existing client base while exploring new opportunities to expand our horizons. We are pioneers in providing cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of technology, and we need an ambitious individual like you to be part of our journey.

What you’ll do
  • Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with all types of customers
  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue growth objectives, personally taking the lead on strategic accounts
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and refine the product roadmap
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and achieve account acquisition targets
  • Establish and maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales pipeline management, and regular reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to grow accounts and expand the customer base
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies relevant to the B2B SaaS landscape
About you
  • You have +6 years of experience with full sales cycles at a fast-growing software company
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset – preferably proven in an early stage startup environment
  • You bring a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets
  • You are fluent in English, any other language skills are considered a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions accordingly
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
