Our Sales team is growing!

We are looking for 2 Dutch Account Executives to launch Vertuoza in Flanders (& later on, the Netherlands).

In other words, a great challenge is waiting for you

Your challenge is to launch Vertuoza in Flanders but don’t worry … You will work closely the whole team. You will be part of our Global AE team which includes 1 Head of Sales, 2 Team Leaders, 4 Mentors, 11 Account Executives and 1 Expert tech pre-Sales.

They will help you develop your pipeline, establish an efficient sales strategy, improve your demos, close deals and reach your targets (and more) ✅.


Since 2021, Vertuoza is active in Wallonia, Luxembourg, France and Switzerland. Since January 2023, our solution is available in Dutch. We will therefore start to open up Flanders.

  • You will receive qualified leads from our growth hacking team.
  • You will contact prospects to understand their needs and to schedule a personalized demo.
  • You will meet your prospects (online or on-site) and help them reach a higher level of organization and admin management through the use of software tailored to their industry.
  • You will manage your pipeline to reach your quarterly targets.
  • You will collaborate with the whole team to improve our sales pitch, strategies and workflows.
  • Beside qualified leads, you will also develop your own network.

  • Virtual coffee with Sasha, our TA Manager, to get to know you better – 45 minutes to 1 hour
  • General iTW online with Denis, Head of Sales – 1 hour
  • Technical ITW on-site with one of the team mentors – 1 hour
  • Confirmation iTW online with Dom, CEO – 30 minutes
  • Final iTW online with Sasha to present your offer & contract – 1 hour

Pré-requis du poste


  • You are native in Dutch and you have a good level of French.
  • You are a hunter : chameleon, competitor, persistent and goal-oriented.
  • You have an strong experience in Sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • You always (most often) have a positive attitude.
  • Big challenges are your daily motivation.
  • You are curious. You love to be **up-to-date on new solutions competing with ours.
  • You challenge yourself and always try to be better.
  • You never take no for an answer.
  • You are autonomous. You are not afraid to launch a new market, you are proactive, you go get the answers that you need in order to move forward.
  • You love working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.


  • You have an experience in startup
  • You are attracted or have a good knowledge of the construction industry
  • A third language is a great plus
