Junior Account Manager to ensure our existing customers get the most of our products and services!

Efficy, a leading CRM company in the SaaS industry, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our small customer segment, developing strategies to increase sales and revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet the needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers
  • Create and implement account plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the sales pipeline for your customers and ensure revenue targets are met
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of client initiatives using our services
  • Attend industry events to network and stay up to date on industry trends in the SaaS CRM and marketing.


Your profile:

  • Degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management, preferably in the SaaS CRM industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in Danish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to learn quickly
