As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and upselling to existing clients. Proactively engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers, their needs, and pain points, and tailor communication to effectively address their specific requirements. Qualify leads and prospects through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring alignment between their needs and our products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing accurate and compelling information about our offerings to drive interest and engagement. Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand-over qualified leads and facilitate smooth transitions into the sales pipeline. Effectively manage and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. ❌ Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base, engaging in consultative selling to maximize revenue potential. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to position our offerings as the best solution for potential customers. Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
