What do we do?

Qualifio is the leading European first- and zero-party data collection platform, founded in 2011. Our product enables consumer brands to interact with and get to know their audience. The Qualifio platform includes 2 complementary SaaS modules:

  • Qualifio Engage allows them to generate engagement and capture data via quizzes, games, polls, contests and over 50 other interactive formats.

  • Qualifio Loyalty empowers them to reward and segment members with interaction-based programs that go beyond purchases.

Job requirements

What would be your main job?
We are looking for a Brand and Content Manager to become an essential part of our company. In order to achieve this, our potential partner (you?!) should be an internal and external trigger that helps us to:

  • Increase the brand awareness of Qualifio by creating a communication plan about the company, product and clients.

  • Contribute to the company messaging definition.

  • Define and write content that embodies the company’s voice and branding messaging in the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with partners such as marketing communities, media, influencers, etc.

  • Organise and own digital and physical events.

  • Identify and negotiate with content partners and media across Europe.

  • Produce content to drive growth, revenue and sales.

  • Work on different employer branding activities and projects.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a unique profile that mixes certain criteria of soft and hard skills. Both are important for us but here you can have a summary of what we are looking for:

  • The cultural fit is crucial for us. We are looking for a team player and motivated colleague that can work hard and have fun at the same time.

  • A courageous professional who can trigger internal and external stakeholders to create thought leadership content and is not scared of conducting interviews or host events.

  • A journalist or PR professional with 1-3 years of experience in communication departments or agencies willing to leverage our position to the next level.

  • A colleague who has perfect communication skills in English and project management experience (events, etc.).

  • Ideally, our new buddy has a deep marketing background, knowing the market trends and most important players.

  • At least a Bachelor in communication or similar.
