In the role of Business Analyst you’ll play a vital part in bringing your team closer to our product’s end user. You’ll need a good grasp of what’s going on in the industry – from utilities & energy trends to the competitive landscape – to make sure Gorilla leads the way. You’ll build a strong relationship with our customer base to gain a deep understanding of their needs and desires, and you’ll collaborate with a wide range of colleagues – from project teams with Energy Consultants and Algorithm Engineers to Customer Success and Support – to identify opportunities for improvement.

It doesn’t stop there: when the direction is clear, you’ll work together closely with the Product Manager to feed this knowledge into the product roadmap. Then, you’ll verify features on their business value both after definition and after release. A feature on itself isn’t everything of course! Therefore, you help to build out a range of end-user documentation and learning materials, continuously working on new content to address common questions and gaps as well as to cover the growing set of offered features.
