With a recent funding round from Insight Partners and impressive yearly revenue growth, Lansweeper is rapidly expanding our Global team. We are looking for a Business Systems Transformation Manager in the Austin, TX office. The Business Systems Transformation Manager will focus on project objectives for Lansweeper.

A day in the life of
• You create and maintain project objectives, work breakdowns, timelines, milestones,
dependencies, costs, and results
• You set up & improve visual indicators of progress towards objectives and business
results
• You facilitate project discoveries, kick-off, prepare vendor selections and statements
of work. You assist the product management in product backlog refinement.
• You facilitate recurring governance across business and IT about program progress
and impediments, with board of directors-level visibility.
• You facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, story refinement, sprint planning,
internal/external stakeholder demos, and retrospectives

• Enjoys working on multiple projects at the same time, with different contexts

• Thrives on transformation of processes, systems, and ways of working

• Likes to structure technology delivery information for efficient communication

• Tries to minimize governance overhead while maximizing alignment on decisions

• Likes to work across different projects and with different suppliers

I have

• Experience with visualizing delivery progress and risks, in the language of

management

• At least 3 years of experience in a technology delivery environment

• At least 3 years of experience in a transformation office, a lean-agile center of

excellence, or similar

• Experience with guiding teams and organizations on how to use Lean & Agile

practices and values

Going for gold

• Experience with reshaping the project roadmaps in response to changes in context,

such as: shift in priorities, change in budget, time/budget overrun, wrong

architecture, technology solution more complex than expected, etc.

• Skills to clarify poorly defined business objectives across project stakeholders

(business, operations, delivery, architecture, …)

• Ability to structure & communicate trade-offs between time, budget & scope, and

explain them to review board or steering committees
