Hi there, we are Bizzy, a B2B data platform that enables sales and business development teams to easily find, understand and follow companies with the help of smart and automated business insights.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. Get the opportunity to excel in generating highly qualified sales leads, to decide which targets to focus on, and to help steer Bizzy to success!

You will be working in our gorgeous office in Ghent, Belgium. We are located in the vibrant site of Watt The Firms, surrounded by other scale-ups and like-minded young people.

Responsibilities

  • Strategies with our sales team on which companies to target
  • Find prospects and reach out to the relevant contacts via email, LinkedIn or phone
  • Qualify prospects and set up sales meetings/calls with our Account Executives
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to set up inbound marketing campaigns
  • Inspire other sales and business development teams to start using the most modern tools and techniques in outbound sales and lead generation

Requirements

  • You are passionate about sales and technology
  • You have an entrepreneurial and results driven mindset
  • You are flexible and want to take responsibility
  • You are social, communicative, and like to work in a team
  • You’re fluent in English and Dutch
  • Having experience in sales is a plus, but not a requirement
  • You have the ambition to build a career in sales
