About the role

To support the rapid growth of our business, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Rep with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our sales team! As an early member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and achieve account acquisition targets
  • Generating new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities
  • Hold face-to-face and online meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Run product demos
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Deliver a superior customer experience as you engage with prospects
  • Achieve or exceed your individual targets on a monthly basis
  • Share best practices with your colleagues and be open to learning from others
About you
  • You have +5 years of experience with full sales cycles at a fast-growing software company
  • You bring a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales landscape
  • You have a proven ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • You are fluent in English, any other language skills are considered a big plus
  • You are highly curious with a passion for solving our customer’s problems
  • You have a consistent track record of overachieving
  • Excellent in-person, phone, written, and verbal communication skills with both internal and external clients.
