CFO @ BOSAQ in Deinze

We are looking for a  CFO  who has the background and experience to quickly take his/her place in our BOSAQ  Management Team and become one of the key leaders to realize our ambitious strategy.  As a CFO you report directly to the CEO, and you encourage everyone within the organization to achieve the strategic and financial objectives.    Your tasks:   Strengthen financial policy, both strategically and in daily practice;  Final responsibility for all financial activities (reporting, cash flow planning, etc.);  Responsible for the design and evaluation of internal controls;  General management, supervision and coordination of the finance team (accountant & finance business partners);  Contact with external partners (auditor, banks, etc.);  Monitoring of working capital and application/follow-up of bank loans  Managing and optimizing budgets, stock value, financing and cost price calculations;  You bring structure within the department and reduce costs where necessary;  Responsible for the financial side of the set-up of joint ventures and SPVs  Responsible for correct financial year-end closing;  Consolidation and reporting of the figures to the CEO & the managing board members;  Preparing and explaining monthly financial reports;  Coordination and financial point of contact during due diligence processes  Give financial advice for sales contract terms Give financial support for agreements with export credit agencies and export financing instruments of private banks, federal/local agencies and development banks Support capital raises for BOSAQ from the financial side. Negotiation of terms (termsheet) and conditions Negotiate export financing for international projects with commercial banks, multilateral development banks, government agencies,…  Strategic investment planning 

⚒️ Skills University education level in a financial direction You have at least 10 years of relevant experience as a CFO (with one of the big four is a plus) You can and dare to take on responsibilities in a fast-growing company You can bring structure to a dynamic environment  You are strong in reporting and in the use of analysis tools Very fluent knowledge of English (verbal & written)  You have experience with financing of a scale-up company  You have experience with export financing or are willing to deep dive into that Attitudes Optimistic Hands-on Passionate to create a world where everyone has access to pure water Organized & structured You can work independently, but also function well within a team In addition to a positive attitude, you have a flexible attitude and you work proactively You are stress-resistant
