Client Project Manager @ Greenomy in Brussels

In order to sustain our rapid growth, we are looking for an exceptional Client Project Manager to join our team.

How you will make an impact:

As a client project manager you will be in charge of some of our largest customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure smooth delivery of the solution (product and services) in order to set the foundation of a successful long term collaboration and help those customers in their sustainability journey. This will require you to develop a granular understanding of the customer’s needs, coordinate resources with our Professional Services (Sustainability, Data Integration, etc) and Product teams and secure the highest standards of delivery.In order to be successful in this role, you will need to leverage and develop:

• Your commercial and interpersonal skills to manage all stakeholders.
• Your project management skills to coordinate resources, planning and budget.
• Your technical skills to understand the data integration activities, design the right solution with our technical teams and coordinate software roadmap discussions.

Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a selection of key corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, including managing all customer’s stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and deliver project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance testers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute on growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years plus experience in project management and/or technical account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading software development, IT or complex SaaS product implementation projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with the rapidly changing dynamics of a startup-environment.
• Agile, pragmatic with excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• You are enthusiastic, energetic and result driven with a value first mindset.
• You are fluent in English (French or Dutch is a strong plus).

It’s an advantage if you have any of the following:

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• If you’re located in Belgium or the Netherlands
• Experience and knowledge in the ESG and/or the regulatory reporting space is a strong plus.
