LIZY is a well funded (€40M+) startup with off-the-charts revenue growth (>200% per year), a solid business model with superb unit economics, and an amazing team of 35+ A-players.

We have the ambition to become the European leader in digital car leasing. Our expansion to France, which you’ll be leading from A to Z, is our most important company-wide priority.

The Position

LIZY is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Co-Founder France to join our team.

• You’ll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.
• You’ll spend an immense amount of time on customer discovery and crafting a truly compelling value proposition for French SMEs.
• You’ll get to know our customers like they’re your best friends.
• You’ll generate demand together with our Marketing team in HQ and set-up an outbound sales team in France.
• You’ll build the best performing Customer Success team in France.
• You will be the link between the team in HQ, senior management and the local Sales, Operations and Customer Success teams.

‍ ‍♂️About you

• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a top performer for a start-up or scale-up. Experience as an entrepreneur or in top-tier consulting is a strong plus.
• Hands-on: You love getting things done yourself. You get strong personal satisfaction from answering customer emails, building no-code automations or talking to prospects. You don’t expect your team to do anything you don’t do yourself.
• Curious: You’re insanely curious and you’re constantly learning. You want to know everything about our customers, their problems and their existing solutions.
• Entrepreneurial: You deliver results whatever the obstacles are. You love building companies, solving complex problems and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
• Work ethic: You have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver, no matter what.
• Deep understanding of the French market: You understand the French culture deeply, know why a service such as LIZY is needed and the value it will bring to French SMEs and freelancers.
• Fluent in French and English.
