The Opportunity

At Efficy we are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our exceptional HR team in the heart of Brussels. As a key player in our talent acquisition efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top-tier talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop job profiles, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Masterful Sourcing & market intelligence: Leverage your extensive sourcing expertise to identify passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, linkedin recruiter seats and more.
  • Selection excellence: Assess the candidates skills, motivation and capabilities for the applied role and to match with our organisation and company culture
  • Candidate Engagement: Create a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial outreach through the interview process, ensuring top talent feels valued and informed at every step.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, academic and industry professionals to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies, measure success, and provide valuable insights to the HR team.

About YOU

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting managing the whole recruitment process, with a strong track record of success in sourcing top talents in IT and Sales
  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch is highly preferred.
  • A blend of agency and corporate recruitment experience is ideal, showcasing your adaptability and ability to thrive in international environment and to be successful in all stages of the hiring process from intake, offer negotiation and contract stage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies including ATS use, Linkedin Recruiter seat, chatgpt, etc
