We are looking for:

A Crypto-Native Customer Success Manager to evangelise Keyrocks product offerings to new clients, and uphold the highest standards of service once onboarded.

Job description

  • Onboard new customer organizations to Keyrock and maintain strong relationships with them throughout the Customer journey

  • Become a Strategic Partner that helps Client organizations mature by sharing insights from Keyrock’s services, performance, proprietary data sets, industry insights and personal expertise on all things related to market making, trading and liquidity provision Expand engagements of existing customers with our products, and manage renewals and upsales of business agreements.

  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance and all other relevant internal stakeholders and where appropriate. You will be working closely with commercial directors and executives.

Background and experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or related position for a digital asset infrastructure player

  • Experience managing renewal conversations and renewing existing agreements and delivering Customer Success services at scale.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to evolve business and product strategy based on research, data, and industry.

  • Crypto Native – demonstrable professional experience in the Crypto Industry and have the capacity to learn our complex business operations
