Customer Success Manager

Job description

  • Preparing and following up quotes and contracts both within the company and towards the customer
  • Full (online) operational support for the Sales and Customer Success team
  • Coordinating the follow-up of our products with new and existing customers
  • Managing the set-up procedure for new customers
  • Accurate administrative processing of incoming contracts and coordinating their internal implementation
  • Coordinating and managing the necessary communication between the Sales team, Customer Success team, Help Centre and other departments.
  • Proactively informing the Sales and Customer Success teams of customer problems or opportunities
