Well, lucky you (and us)! We are looking for a Customer Success Manager on a full-time basis to provide our customers with an optimal journey from day one. At Realo, we help consumers and real estate professionals sell, let, buy, or rent properties online by providing them access to relevant listings enriched with local data and market valuations. ️

You will have a chance to work alongside engaged and like-minded people, in a hybrid environment (from our cozy office in the center of Ghent & remote). Sounds fun?

What you will do:

  • Use Hubspot to be the single point of contact for our customers and dispatch tickets to the relevant team/person
  • Successfully onboard new customers, identify customer needs, and help customers use specific features
  • Proactively follow up on our customers to maintain high engagement and low churn rates
  • Manage customer content by recording video tutorials, writing FAQ pages, and automating our support
  • Contribute with your own ideas to make customer processes more efficient
  • Act as the bridge between our clients and your colleagues in other teams
  • Proactively explore ways to make our customers more self-serving


You are a fit because:

  • Ideally, you have experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Representative, or any similar Customer-facing job. Alternatively, just qualification in such a field with big motivation could be sufficient to start with 🙂
  • You are an empathetic, communicative person and a natural problem solver
  • You are resilient, can get hold of people’s situations quickly, and provide them with good experience
  • You have good writing skills to keep our content nit and professional
  • You can work structured and independently
  • You are attracted by a start-up environment, getting energy from being involved in activities outside your day-to-day tasks
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a strong command of French
