What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a sparring partner with the CEO, providing insights and feedback on customer success issues and working collaboratively to improve the customer experience and partner success.
  • Onboard new clients and partners on the Wenite platform and get them up to speed in as little time as possible.
  • Set up internal processes and workflows to ensure smooth intake and fast ROI, both for clients and partners.
  • Develop customer success strategies to improve overall client and partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide non-technical support to all users (i..e, clients, partners & employees) of the Wenite platform.
  • Continuously analyze client and partner feedback and product metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments within Wenite to ensure that client and partner needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

What you’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer success role, other commercial experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners, team members, and other departments within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze partner feedback and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex client and partner issues related to using Wenite.
  • Passion for helping Wenite partners market our product and a strong commitment to client and partner satisfaction.
  • Experience with the use of customer service management systems, particularly HubSpot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required, and fluency in French and English is a plus.
