As a Customer support engineer you will play an important role in the further growth and development of our data platform Capture.
Together with a young and motivated team of engineers, you will convert the data from our customers into valuable insights leading to more efficient, smarter and connected machines.
The IoT support engineer is the first customer contact for any technical question and the bridge between the customer and the engineering team. Bugs, small features are reported, planned and deployed.
As an IoT solutions engineer you are responsible for expanding the Capture functionality, supporting customers in setting up custom data strategies, as well as monitoring the quality of the solution.
You are passionate about technology, data analysis and follow the latest trends in AI and algorithm development.
We are excited about candidates who value efficiency, have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and an eagerness to get shit done. We’re looking for someone who actively wants to be part of our team, has good communication skills and common courtesy.
You would be a great fit if…
- You have strong familiarity with databases such as SQL server
- You have exceptional C# (ASP.net core) and python design -and programming skills
- You have a basic knowledge of linux, of Docker and Docker compose
- You are interested in web development (React, responsive,…) and have experience with html, css and javascript
- You pride yourself on writing clean, robust code
- You’re an excellent communicator
It would be even better if…
- You’re familiar with agile practices
- You love time series databases (influxdb, timescaledb,…)
- You have experience with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure
- You are familiar with Grafana, serverless computing, DevOps, CI/CD, …
- You have experience with GIT
