As an eager-to-learn digital marketer, your hands-on mentality helps you put your theoretical knowledge into practice. You have great ambitions and are eager to make a real impact in a startup.

  • Passion: you are passionate about marketing and get satisfaction from seeing the results of your actions.
  • Analytical ability: you have an urge to continuously improve campaigns and analyze the results for subsequent campaigns.
  • Creativity: you dare to think up and develop campaigns from scratch yourself.
  • Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)

What you’ll do

As a digital marketing intern, you’ll be fighting on all fronts:

  • You will learn what marketing is like in a startup and put your theory into practice.
  • You will discover key marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Hotjar, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and so on.
  • As a creative, you bring ideas for experiments to put Leadcamp on the map in new regions and test these ideas.
  • You analyze marketing actions of competition and the impact on our startup, which you translate into specific actions.
  • You are not afraid to try things out and find out what works (or doesn’t work).

Some fine print

  • Currently enrolled in a university and authorization to work in Belgium at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • You are based in Europe.
  • Have authorisation to work in Belgium at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorisation during employment.
  • Have a university supporting the voluntary internship (mandatory co-op).
