As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deliverect, you will have a significant impact on our mission to support the largest restaurants, grocery chains, and Q-commerce brands in your territory. You will use your strategic sales skills to map out the market, identify and cultivate new prospects, and develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in your assigned region. You will also work closely with your clients to ensure their success with Deliverect and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
A Typical Day
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying and targeting new prospects, developing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, uncovering their needs and showing how Deliverect’s products and services will increase efficiency, productivity, and ROI.
- Create individual experiences tailored to potential customers, advising how Deliverect can scale their business operation and navigating objection handling to allow clients to see the value of working with Deliverect.
- Ensure daily pipeline health in HubSpot, ensuring activities and sales metrics reflect your position to help you achieve your goals. Through this, you will have the experience to track performance and identify areas for efficiencies and calls to action.
- Constantly calculate sales conversion rates and average deal size to ensure you are doing the right things at the right time, allowing more time to genuinely help businesses thrive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to drive sales success in your region. Share feedback and experiences through internal Slack and email systems so we can all learn from each other.
- Be open to give and receive feedback on sales strategies and approaches. We constantly want to improve and want you to learn from each other in a safe space.
- Celebrate achievements as a team to build morale with the broader Deliverect team to continue to foster a positive work environment.
- Experience: At least 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record hunting, managing multiple sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling middleware or integration software is a plus.
- Personal qualities: Resilience, hard work, teamwork, problem-solving, coachable, time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful sales presentations. The ability to present and position yourself professionally and empathically with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Other skills: Previous sales methodology training (i.e., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Spin, Sandler, etc.) is a plus. Desire to learn and stay up to date on market and industry news in SaaS and the food and beverage industry. Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems. Ability to travel to industry conferences and visit clients in the territory, approximately 10-20% of the year. Fluency in English, with French fluency a plus.
