As a Finance Assistant at Sensolus you are the first point of contact for our customer accounts, both for external and internal customers. You are a true jack-of-all-trades who is involved in every part of incoming transactions, in order to give a true picture of the accounts and provide the correct financial information in a timely manner. Together with the Finance Manager you are responsible for: Manual processing of payments that are not automatically posted Maintaining and checking the accounting ledgers Communicating with clients about accounting matters and answering their questions about it Collection of invoices when they are not paid on time Prepare analyzes and reports related to cash management Reporting outstanding balances or other issues Developing, setting up and periodically monitoring tools and metrics to better analyze and manage our rapidly growing business (e.g. price elasticity analysis, promo effectiveness, upsell, renewals, etc.) Where necessary, you assist with supporting administrative tasks to ensure a good and efficient service, such as order conversion, invoice accuracy, etc.
You’d fit well if you: have a higher education in an administrative/finance field, with some knowledge of accounting. are motivated, flexible and eager to learn. can quickly and accurately process large amounts of data and you are strongly result-oriented. work independently and you have an eye for detail. are communicative and pragmatic. can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
