Finance Manager @ Apicbase in Antwerpen

With our software, we take our fantastic customers to the next level when it comes to getting their entire food & beverage management under control. We are indispensable in helping them to pass on orders, create inventory, calculate food cost, display allergens and so on!  To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on colleague. Possible tasks? With your knowledge and experience, you will make sure that the processes of the department are set up or adjusted You will check if our Finance software (Exact) is up to date and will add/adapt where necessary  You will set up the complete Finance flow by working very hands-on Thanks to your input and daily follow-up, you and your colleagues make sure that finance is a strong department within our company You will steer the bookings, checks and adjustments in the right direction You constantly check what we can improve in order to work more efficiently. Each optimization or procedure is written down in an SOP. You will compile reports, manage transactions and help prepare financial files. You collect and analyse financial information and KPIs of the different departments. Profile? : Preferably a Finance related degree complemented by relevant work experience in a finance function. Very analytical thinking You want to be innovative and are always looking for new tools/ways to achieve optimal results and work as efficiently as possible Good communication skills allow you to explain complex issues in an understandable way to your colleagues in English (must) and Dutch (plus) Excel has no secrets.
