Your mission
As a Functional Analyst, you are part of the Product & Engineering team. In your day-to-day activities, you will support product development and, by extensions, the entire business by actively capturing and identifying the right solution for any business problem.

You will reshape any problem into (a set of) valuable features, backed by actionable and business-validated user stories. While analyzing and shaping your features, you keep platform consistency and functionality top of mind at all times.

You will continuously provide input for feature design and spend the majority of your working time defining the next version of our platform. On top of that, you will gain access to our user testing and prototyping sessions where you will be confronted with intriguing problems.

What you’ll be doing
  • In order to ensure swift development of the assigned feature(s), you scope the solution requirements to address customer needs, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Intigriti within the restrictions of the business case at hand.
  • Coordinates closely with relevant business stakeholders, in order to align solution design with all business requirements and value.
  • Responsible for the creation, enrichment, and adaptation of user stories as needed to ensure a qualitative UX in close cooperation with the Product Owner(s) and UX/UI Designer(s).
  • Lead and own the refinement sessions for backlog items assigned to them, making sure to deliver them in accordance with both the ‘definition of ready’ and the sprint planning deadlines.
  • Serve as SPOC for the DevOps team and the test engineers during feature development.
  • Transition knowledge of the feature to platform documentation.
  • Helps colleagues enhance their product knowledge.
  • Conducts or takes part in all aspects of user testing throughout the lifecycle when applicable to their tasks or personal evolution:
    • Face-to-face end-user interviews.
    • User testing using prototypes based on their analysis.
    • End-user bèta testing sessions.
What you’ll bring
  • General software design experience.
  • Fluent/Full proficiency in English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
  • 4 years of industry experience, including 2 or more years in Solutions engineering or consulting.
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive service-oriented personality.
  • Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential.
  • Software Security experience is a plus.
  • BPMN & UML.
