You will be working in our gorgeous office in Ghent, Belgium. We are located in the vibrant site of Dok-Noord, surrounded by other start-ups, restaurants, coffee bars, and most importantly by a lot of like-minded young people.
Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketeer at Bizzy, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performance Marketing and Automation: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies and automation flows to supercharge our inbound sales funnel, ensuring steady growth in leads and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media channels, engaging with prospects and customers online. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing our online community.
- Product Promotion: Collaborate closely with our product team to effectively showcase our offerings in the market. Craft compelling narratives and marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of Bizzy.
- SEO Enhancement: Work on optimizing our website’s SEO to improve visibility and organic traffic. Keep abreast of SEO trends and algorithms to ensure we stay ahead in online search rankings.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the B2B SaaS landscape. You understand the intricacies of targeting businesses and decision-makers.
- Performance Marketing Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns, leveraging channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more to drive results.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: We’re a fast-growing startup, and we need someone who is eager to take initiative and contribute to building our marketing story from the ground up.
- SEO Mastery: A deep understanding of SEO best practices and a track record of improving website rankings through on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
