Your mission
As a Hacker Community Manager, you’ll be a part of the Intigriti team, responsible for building and growing our community of security researchers, hackers, and bug bounty hunters. With over 70,000 ethical hackers on our platform, you will be facilitating collaboration and unity as an Intigriti representative.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual who can engage with the community, come up with new ideas, and implement them while representing our company’s best interests.

What you’ll be doing
  • Ideation and project management: Develop new ideas for engaging the hacker community and manage projects effectively to ensure successful execution.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct research on the hacker community, bug bounty programs, and other relevant topics to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices. Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collecting feedback and setting up and maintaining hacker feedback loops.
  • Presenting and reporting: Present to various audiences, including the hacker community, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Represent the best interests of the business within the community and defend them as needed. Build and analyse community metrics to track the health and growth of our community. Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Representing the voice of the community throughout the company, assisting sales, success and marketing with community insights
  • Engaging with the hacker community through social media, forums, and other online platforms. Facilitate collaboration and unity within the community as a representative of our company.
  • Organising virtual and physical meetups, challenges, webinars, conferences, CTFs, and promotions. Plan and communicate internally and externally.
  • Coding and technical skills: Have coding experience, particularly with Python, and a strong technical background to engage with the hacker community effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with the community and represent our company.
  • Bachelor’s degree: Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience building and managing communities on social media, forums, or other online platforms, as well as experience with the hacker community.
