About you

• You hold a master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You’ve accumulated relevant experience as a tech leader, ideally in fast-growing, VC-backed environments.
• You embrace the dynamic nature of a startup CTO role, willingly wearing multiple hats and contributing where strategic needs are highest – or the team’s experience is lowest. You’re motivated by making a meaningful impact.
• You possess the ability to envision and effectively communicate that vision both internally and externally. Furthermore, you can translate your vision into tangible strategies.
• You are tactically astute in a fast-paced startup environment; you can strike the right balance between over- and under-engineering and understand where technical investments are crucial for the business.
• You can lead our (external) hardware and AI specialists without needing to delve into every technical detail.
• You’re someone who proactively seeks more. This role is not something you fall into by chance.

Your technical skills

• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in a range of technologies, spanning frontend, backend, mobile, architecture, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, and possibly IoT. While we don’t require deep expertise, an affinity for (vision) AI, data, and cloud is essential.
• A snapshot of our tech stack includes: C#, Blazor, React Native, Python, Nvidia Jetson & DeepStream, Azure, Github, Docker, and Event-driven Microservices.
• Understanding the entire software lifecycle, including technical requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
