Head of Account Management Benelux to manage a highly engaged and motivated team and ensure our existing customers get the most of our products and services!

We are looking for a Head of Account Management to join our Commercial Team in Benelux. You will play a strategic & tactic role expanding Efficy’s market shares, and make the installed based customers grow.

Your mission

As Head of Account management Benelux you will manage a team of 8-10 FTE including full personnel responsibilities, yearly assessment and salary reviews. Your team will be located in the Netherlands and Belgium and regular travel between locations is expected. 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Leading and distributing the work in your team with weekly forecast meetings which you will report to your manager, VP of Account Management. 
  • Making sure all customers are proactively managed with the intent of increasing retention and sales. 
  • Having a sales quota given to you by your manager. You will be expected to follow up progress towards targets on a regular basis. 
  • Plan and run your teams’ weekly meetings and ensure documentation of meeting notes. 
  • Participate in planning of customer events and be expected to occasionally lead local events for your customer base. 
  • Work on identifying customers relevant for upsell and cross sell opportunities and support your team in ensuring those opportunities are well managed. 
  • Act as an escalation point for your team and occasionally participate in customer meetings

    In this role performance management is a key skill, we expect you to have a proven record of performance management with good results.

    Ideally you have an extensive experience as an Account Manager and in leading senior and junior account managers teams with a Benelux scope. Experience in the CRM industry, Saas or Software is a big plus!

    Good working knowledge in English is a must. If you speak Dutch, it will be an asset!

    You can be based in Den Boch( NL) or in Brussels.
