Your mission
Intigriti is looking for a Head of HR to help shape the company’s culture and boost our people’s performance and happiness. You’ll work with the team to define and implement Intigriti’s people-related policies and procedures.

This is a hands-on position that requires being pragmatic with HR responsibilities. In this role, you will be heavily involved in HR strategy and compliance tasks. Ensuring that Intigriti is treating its people well and within the confines of the law.

You will act as a trusted advisor to our stakeholders on all employee and employment-related matters.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by navigating complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy or other issues.
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Ensure our HR compliance throughout several locations where we have a presence.
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Provide first-line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
  • Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy.
  • Support the recruitment process – this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Support change management processes.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to the VP of People & Talent and provide decision support through HR metrics.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other relevant HR experience.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills and an ethical mindset are required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
