As a HR Business Partner : You are the primary point of contact for all employees and assist them as smoothly as possible. You answer employee questions about salary, vacations, and other HR topics. You are responsible for payroll and HR-related matters, including contract creation, payroll processing and its monitoring, activation of insurances, etc. You provide input to the social secretariat. You contribute to the digitization of the HR department. You actively participate in HR projects and share your insights for optimizing HR processes. You provide analytics (data and reports) on HR-related data, payroll, staffing etc to the Management team. You ensure a warm onboarding for new colleagues. You manage the recruitment process from A to Z (collaborating with managers to analyse departmental needs, drafting job postings, reviewing resumes, interviewing, and following up with candidates, and improving processes). You contribute to create an engaging culture for the team by actively participating and organising team events, celebrations, etc. and promoting a culture of learning and development withing the organisation. You ensure that all policies are up-to-date and in compliance with the Belgian laws and regulations.
⚒️ Skills As HR Business Partner, at a minimum you have the following: A bachelor’s/master’s degree in a Human or Economic field with at least first working experience in payroll and recruitment. 4-5 years of experience. Good knowledge of Belgian social law. Speaks, understands, and writes Dutch and English fluently. Can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
