Your mission

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business partner who will act as a trusted advisor to our Management team. Your main focus will be coaching and supporting our managers with the aim to help them nurture their team’s development and ambitions, aligned with company objectives.

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be part of the growing People & Talent team at Intigriti. Together with the team, you’ll be supporting the implementation of the team’s mission and strategy throughout the entire business.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of HR business partnering in a fast-paced changing environment, driving excellence across the business. They will have significant experience in driving the adoption of the people strategy across the business, acting with discretion as a liaison between teams and management.

What you’ll be doing

Partner with department leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and support the growth and development of the company.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Create and drive the adoption of people policies and processes across the business.
Facilitate constructive feedback loops and conversations between employees and management, using CultureAmp.
Facilitate occasional workshops and info sessions to support employee development.
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent.
Develop and deliver people plans and key projects in line with business requirements.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Proven ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees, and to influence and drive change.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven advisory and coaching skills with high emotional intelligence.
