We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us at this crucial stage and to help us design and deliver a stellar employee experience while we continue to scale internationally.


Your impact

  • Be the trusted, first point of contact for all HR-related matters of our employees

  • Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to our senior leaders in all aspects of HR – to help them lead their business and teams through growth and change

  • Set up and scale HR processes – such as payroll, HR policies, performance management – as the company grows

  • Drive initiatives across the employee lifecycle that drive employee development, engagement and connection to the company and values

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify problems, gain insights and improve team performance

Job requirements

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 5+ years of generalist HR experience in the following areas: Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Rewards & Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment. International experience is a plus.

  • Is passionate about people, their development and wellbeing, with a can-do attitude and a hands-on and proactive approach

  • Is comfortable working through ambiguity and in a rapidly changing environment

  • Is confident and comfortable collaborating with a wide variety of (senior) stakeholders
