We are looking for:

An HR intern passionate about learning best human resources practices, analytical, detail-oriented and with a service-oriented attitude. You will support robust growth of Keyrock and create delightful work experience for our team. An ideal candidate has a university degree (bachelor minimum) in either economics, HR or business management studies and strong drive and ambition for growth in people profession. We are keen to offer a full-time employment after an internship if the person proves to be a high-performing individual.

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Brussels, Belgium (as everyone in Keyrock – an intern can work in a hybrid set up, where partial work from home and partial presence in the office for the sake of learning and collaboration is required)

Job description

  • Supporting pre-employment activities for our team members – contract signatures with new joiners, answering queries about Keyrock practices and policies etc.

  • Supporting HR operations Specialist in managing employment-related activities (team travel to HQ, ordering and shipping hardware and work equipment etc.)

  • Answering to basic queries of candidates post-offer stage and employees

  • Introducing technical solutions to automate and optimize diverse tasks and processes

  • Coordinating onboarding together with Learning and Development Specialist

  • Diverse HR projects and tasks as per current needs and intern interests

Background and experience

  • Ideally, university Degree in economics, business or HR management or related

  • Ideally, at least a non-extensive previous professional experience: student job, previous internship etc.

  • Strong proven interest in modern HR practices (individual learning, participation in extra-curricular activities related to people and development etc.)

Competences and personality

  • Analytical skills

  • Savviness with technology, affinity for automation of repetitive tasks will be a considerable plus

  • Kind, approachable and service-oriented attitude
