  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and supports our fast-paced growth.

  • Oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Lead the development and execution of employer branding strategies that attract and retain top talent.

  • Manage relationships with external partners, including recruiting agencies and benefits providers.

  • Work closely with the founding team to ensure the HR function is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.

  • Experience in employer branding.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.

  • Passion for innovation and driving change.
