What do we do?

Qualifio is the leading European first- and zero-party data collection platform, founded in 2011. Our product enables consumer brands to interact with and get to know their audience. The Qualifio platform includes 2 complementary SaaS modules:

• Qualifio Engage allows them to generate engagement and capture data via quizzes, games, polls, contests and over 50 other interactive formats.

• Qualifio Loyalty empowers them to reward and segment members with interaction-based programs that go beyond purchases.

About the position

Qualifio’s Human Resources internship offers the chance to have a first professional experience within a company in full expansion. You will soon be part of Qualifio’s dynamic and collaborative team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive student to join our Human Resources team.

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with a variety of HR functions and will have a rare glimpse into the world of HR. Due to the nature of working in HR, it’s essential that you exhibit a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion. You will grow your professional skill set by working on tasks independently, as well as collaborating on projects with other team members.

Depending on your profile and field of studies you could work on projects like : employee surveys, talent management, training management, etc. You will discuss this during the recruitment process.

Next to that you will work in collaboration with the HR team on different subjects like :

• Participate in daily HR tasks

• Collaborate with all the HR Team on different projects.

• Production and reporting of internal employee surveys

• Active participation and preparation in team-building activities

• Assist in all HR steps from recruitment to performance management

• Personnel administration (payroll management, contracts, amendments, etc.)

• Participation in the training plan and the competency management

• Recruitment: follow-up of applications, preparation of integration documents, etc

• Participation in a benchmarking by department and by country

• Participation in the optimization of the salary package (incentives, sport at work, collective bonus, conversion of the 13th month, …)

Who you are

• A current full-time student in Human Resources or a related field

• Fluent in French & English + other languages is a plus

• A multi-tasker with good time management skills (ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines)

• Curious, organised, proactive and always willing to learn
