Junior Account Executive @ Sortlist in Brussels, Belgium

Sortlist is a global platform making the best matches with suppliers in the marketing and digital field, our mission is to create conditions for successful collaborations in the B2B industry. One developer and one designer had the vision and the courage to build this platform, now the company is present in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Romania, Tunisia & Madagascar and plans to scale up its presence in the UK & in the US in the coming years.

What are you going to do?

• With your enthusiasm and persuasiveness you build a client portfolio consisting of B2B suppliers, mainly marketing, tech and creative agencies.
• You will bring the French speaking markets to the next level
• You are responsible for the entire process, from prospecting to closing deals. You will make use of (video) email, video calls, face-to-face meetings, Social Media (Linkedin) and of course your telephone.
• You track on leads generated by marketing and find out if these agencies are interested in working with Sortlist.
• You understand the needs of the customer and can easily translate them into a commercial solution. You think along with customers to find the best solution for their current strategy
• You are a true Sortlist ambassador. You are a real ambassador of Sortlist and have no problem networking at online events.

What is your profile?

• You have an enormous drive to be successful. You have the flexibility and mentality to find things out for yourself within a young team and make them a success.
• While extensive sales experience is not required, we are seeking a candidate who possesses a strong enthusiasm and dedication for sales and marketing.
• You can work independently and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral skills in French and English, an additional European language is preferred.
• Participating in an international scale-up is your dream!
