As a L1 Support Engineer at Sensolus, you provide technical support both for the Sensolus platform but also for the hardware to customer. You are also involved in the Logistic process for shipping the hardware to our customers. Support: You carry out the technical procedures to prepare ICT hardware for sale. Such as updating the hardware with a computer program or opening the hardware to make minor technical adjustments. You travel to end users to check or optimize the Sensolus hardware. Together with your colleagues, you act as a point of contact for the users of our application. You interact with them to facilitate the onboarding process, you support them in solving problems. Meanwhile managing the issue flow and ensure good communication. You identify problems and contribute to the optimization of the use of the hardware and application. Logistics: You manage the incoming hardware and take care of all associated administration. You prepare worldwide shipments.
You’d fit well if you: preferably have a degree in a technical direction. are handy and you can think in a solution-oriented way. know the basic programs of the computer and the internet well. have a driving license B. have a real ‘hands-on’ mentality and can work both independently and in a team. have a preference for varied work. can express yourself fluently in English. Dutch is a plus, but not an obligation.
