Bringme’s virtual receptionist and digital concierge are rapidly conquering the market. So that today we are making our mark on the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Our partner company Phished helps companies train their employees on cybersecurity. In just two years, they built a portfolio of 250 clients in Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK. Growth like that requires help – which means it is high time to strengthen the Legal department.


We are looking for a business lawyer to provide legal counsel in our two companies. Somebody who goes the full mile. And is therefore keen for a permanent contract.


What your job entails

  • Bringme and Phished are active in many areas, and each facet of our business has a link with legal. You will become our internal business partner, but also, with your expertise and advice, you will guide your colleagues in their job and goals.
  • As an internal expert, you give daily counsel on strategies, tenders and growth processes.
  • As a natural commercial negotiator, you deal with contracts and partnerships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • As our Legal Business Partner you give your input as an entrepreneur, and thanks to your judicial expertise you also understand the financial implications.
  • Bringme and Phished are based in Leuven, as well as being active in several other countries. So, as our partner, you will work internationally and safeguard the legal interests.

Job requirements

Must-haves:

  • A Master’s in Law or Bachelor’s in legal practice
  • Of course, you also have plenty of legal expertise. But we don’t mind a little more. A hearty helping of technical knowledge and experience, plus some management skills.
  • Experience in contract and trade law. In specific cases, you will be guided by the best experts on the market.
  • Commercial negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Given the international context, you communicate well in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of French is a bonus.
  • You work with a diverse audience. To be impactful as a business partner you can convert your judicial jargon into business language: clear, counselling and comprehensible for everyone.
  • Your business focus is sharp: you have a clear view of the priorities at all times.
