Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans in Europe, we are looking to hire a Partner Manager who will develop and own Robovision’s technology and integrator partner landscape in EMEA. We are looking for a dynamic individual who:

  1. thrives in a fast-paced working environment,

  2. can play an integral role in developing our partner ecosystem

  3. and is eager to contribute and grow the partner team at Robovision.

You will work in close collaboration with the global marketing team and pre-sales teams and be part of the Platform Sales team.

Job requirements

What will you do?

For the EMEA region, your objectives are to:

  • Grow the success of partnerships at Robovision
    • Sourcing and closing new partnerships (Number of partners)

    • Growing existing partnerships (Partner-generated revenue)

  • Drive partner (and indirectly customer) satisfaction:
    • Proactively identify and flag issues and drive solutions to resolve partner concerns.

    • Develop scalable mechanisms to improve the partner experience.

    • Ensuring partner satisfaction through coordinating appropriate resources and programs on behalf of a partner, including co-selling engagements.

    • Ensuring indirect customer satisfaction by developing strong Robovision solution implementation services capabilities in partners.

  • Lead development and execution of a uniform partner program (supporting goals 1. & 2.)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive partner program and ensure a seamless partner experience.

    • Drive partner engagement and build a feedback loop to gather partner feedback and continuously improve the partner experience

    • Ensure partner program compliance and adherence to company policies.

    • Develop and deliver partner training programs and enablement materials.

    • Monitor and report on the performance of the partner program and provide recommendations for improvement.

Who are you?

  • Must
    • 10+ year’s field sales/partner sales experience within the SaaS or related industry. A very strong knowledge of Solution Selling as well high velocity sales practice is a must

    • You have a high level of competence and the ability to present both written and orally at all management levels (including C-Level) with the professionalism and empathy required to generate a successful partner relationship.

    • You can demonstrate strong experiences and a passion for growing a partner network by prospecting for new partners and transforming them into successful partnerships. Preferably with a track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement

    • You show a great culture fit with a team of hands-on, entrepreneurial co-workers that trust each other to fearlessly push forward and get things done.

    • You have a degree in Business, Engineering or another relevant field and you are an excellent communicator in English.

  • Can be a plus:
    • You have a strong knowledge of data science, AI or industrial automation is an asset.

    • You have an existing wide network of contacts in specific industries and or partner accounts

    • You are fluent in French or other relevant languages

    • And finally it’s a big plus if you’re able to think beyond the sales cycle including input on how to improve marketing, sales collateral, customer success or other internal processes
