Job description

We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager who will be in charge of providing the best solution & service to enable our partners to become leaders in the alternative mobility market in their industries.

Responsible for the alignment of local commercial teams, commercial asset & process development, as well infusing synergies in the different countries.

  • Translate commercial strategy into an operating model (internal) and a go to market approach adapted to every country (external)
  • Define & Fine-tune business processes, systems, data & tooling
  • Market & competition watch
  • Training of (commercial) partners (across EU)
  • Facilitate synergies between local commercial teams & bring out the best of people
  • Liaise with the Product team for diligent follow-up on the commercial roadmap
  • Strategic deal management

  • You are a native French or Dutch speaker (preference bilingual) and fluent in English

Job requirements


Business – +7 years of experience in a Partner, Relationship or (key) Account Management in a SaaS company or digital marketing environment with a proven track record. You have experience in both a corporate and start-up environment.

Growth – digital native, familiar with designing and operationalising processes, with a high degree of precision and aspiration for excellence. Able to cultivate a growth culture with emphasis on feedback, learning, experimentation, openness and velocity.

Leadership – outstanding leadership skills and ability to inspire indirect sales force to success and to enable them to perform.

Interpersonal skills – team-player attitude, able to work in an international, cross functional environment demonstrating and inspiring with knowledge of its craft.

Communication – excellent communicator, active listener, eager to speak to customers, open to give and receive feedback from partners and colleagues.
