As a Product Manager at Bizzy, you will be the driving force behind the development and enhancement of our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Vision: Together with CPO, refine the product vision based on analytics and customer feedback, ensure that the day-to-day work aligns with that vision and translate it into actionable tasks.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. Use this data to inform product decisions.
- Feature Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to design and prioritise product features. Manage the entire product development lifecycle.
- User Experience: Ensure that the user experience is exceptional by championing user-centric design principles. Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to continuously improve our products.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and customer training materials.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions. Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and metrics.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Educational Background: Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field or have equivalent professional experience. MBA is a plus.
- Product Vision: Ability to communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Proven experience in B2B SaaS.
- Market Insight: Strong market research skills with the ability to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and business teams.
- User-Centric: A passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decision-making. Experience with product analytics tools is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within our international team.
