As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining LynxCare’s product vision and strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving the development of new features and capabilities for a cloud-native product.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner  
• Passion for understanding technology products and following AI trends  
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and story mapping  
• Hands-on, can-do spirit and great ability to prioritize and multitask

What you will do:

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall company vision
• Document requirements, prioritize and manage dependencies of the daily work of product development team(s)  
• Gain deep expertise of customer problems  
• Bring new value-adding product features to market  

Your journey at LynxCare:  

• Within your first month, you will understand stakeholder problems and development patterns  
• Within your third month, you will own the product backlog  
• Within your sixth month, you will have a deep understanding of the competitor landscape and propose new ideas for feature development
