We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team based in our headquarters, Brussels.
Your Mission
As a Product Manager at Optimy, you are responsible for driving the execution of our product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Saas product, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver high-quality and user-centric solutions that meet market demands and drive customer satisfaction. Your expertise in understanding customer needs, market trends, and industry best practices is instrumental in guiding the development and improvement of your products. Your primary objective is to deliver a competitive solution to our customers and prospects that will drive our growth through customer expansion and new business.
What you’ll do
- Become the product expert with the deepest knowledge of the product features, use cases, and benefits
- Build continuously a strong knowledge of the market, customer needs and pains through product discovery techniques
- Validate product ideas with customers and/or data prior to investing to define in details and build the features
- Define product roadmaps that fit the market and customer needs (why, when and what gets built)
- Prepare and document in advance the Epics and User Stories in backlog for each quarterly roadmap
- Deliver qualitative product roadmaps as expected on time (when and how it get’s built)
- Build and maintain competitive product features benchmark for gap analysis
- Support marketing for the successful launch of new product releases
- Drive product and features usage and adoption in the market (existing and new customers)
- Drive progress towards OKRs for product organization
About you
- You have a min. of 5 years of experience in a relevant role and at least 3 years of experience in this type of role
- You have experience in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up
- You have experience with Jira, product management (product boards, air focus, aha, etc.), and data analytics tools (segment, amplitude, pendo, etc.)
- You have business acumen and knowledge in product discovery
- You are data driven, result oriented and eager to learn
- You are hands-on and a team player with an entrepreneur mindset that is willing to go the extra mile
- You have good leadership and communication skills
- You are fluent in English
