Project Manager @ BOSAQ in Deinze

As soon as the sale needs a realistic planning and project budget, you come into the game. Your main tasks include  planning national projects in industry and drinking water supply, delegating tasks to team members, allocating resources and ensuring that all deadlines are met on time:   For your projects you are the point of contact for your customer and the technical project team within BOSAQ You manage one or more national projects in industry and drinking water supply from A to Z, depending on the project size You are responsible for achieving the project milestones and deadlines, and you work in constant interaction with the technical project team You create and manage accurate project planning and follow up on budgets and margins throughout the entire project cycle You guarantee the high-quality technical execution of your projects and therefore regularly visit the site You set up meetings with bosaq’s technical project team, contractors and suppliers with whom we work together You report project progress and budget status to the C-level management within BOSAQ in a concise and clear way You motivate the technical team for each project and ensure that everyone is on the same page towards general project objectives You manage permit applications and ensure that all regulations (internal and external) for safe working are always complied with You identify possible improvements and efficiency gains to the product or project design during the execution of your projects and pass them on to the product development At all times you will monitor the scope, budget and timing of the project

⚒️ Skills The perfect Project Manager: Has a degree in industrial, commercial, bio- or civil engineering Preferably you have at least 4 years of  experience as a  technical project manager and experience with site visits.  If you have gained that experience in the water sector, this is a plus.
