In order to sustain our rapid growth we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our ESG reporting solutions delivery team.

How you will make an impact:

As a Technical Project Manager in our solutions delivery organization, you will be responsible for the on-time and on-scope delivery of SaaS solutions to Greenomy customers.

We are happy to engage with remote candidates within a comparable timezone but regret we are unable to consider candidates who require work permit/visa support.

What we expect from you:

  • Develop and manage project plans, coordinate timelines, tasks, and development efforts with the internal engineering and solutions teams to meet project implementation timelines and budgets.
  • Work with internal/external customer teams to assess and mitigate projects risk, including identifying and proactively managing issues, establishing communications concerning status updates and reporting.
  • To enable successful implementations, manage expectations related to project scope such as change management/scope changes, product enhancements and technical problem solving.
  • Manage delivery of product integrations and interfaces depending on scope.
  • In collaboration with the Customer Success team take responsibility for progress reporting of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep functional and technical understanding of Greenomy’s products.
  • Identify ways to improve user experience as well as methods to improve operational workflows and scale product delivery across the customer base.
  • Support the Head of Delivery in creating and implementing policies, processes, and standards to improve project management practices and operational excellence.

    What we are looking for:

    • Proven experience in technical project management that includes successful SaaS project deliveries.
    • Proven experience working in a cross-functional environment (Sales, Product Development, customer success) to achieve customer outcomes.
    • A working knowledge of different product and data integration methods and the ability to engage in technical discussions about the different approaches.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Effective communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal English.
    • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards established project goals, multitask, solve problems creatively and work well under pressure.
    • Experience with a variety of project management methodologies and software like Microsoft Project, Asasa or similar.

    It’s an advantage if you have any of the following:

    • Experience with managing projects in complex data integration and/or regulatory reporting environments.
