Mission

Will you be responsible for our supplier agreements, relationships, and renegotiations of contracts. You will be involved in procuring new suppliers together with other departments and will secure we maintain good terms and contracts with our existing suppliers and pay their invoices in time.

You will be working closely with our F&A team in both Brussels, Paris, Malmö, and Copenhagen to secure all processes around our local suppliers. You will take part in managing our Office Managers together with the local Office Leaders, and a financial assistant to secure the encoding and payments of invoices and local suppliers relations.

We are looking for a flexible co-worker who can pitch in where needed and help securing efficient and redundant processes for suppliers with the resources we have in our F&A team.

 

What do you do daily?

You will be working closely with both F&A and other departments to secure that all supplier invoices are managed, challenged, approved and paid. When other departments need to procure new suppliers, you will be involved in securing the contract terms together with our Legal department and initiate a good supplier relation to maintain and challenge/renegotiate during the contract period.

Your job will be a mix of daily administrative tasks and checks and project oriented activities to secure better processes and new suppliers.

     

    Profile

    We are looking for a structured, analytical profile, with good interpersonal skills to build relations and negotiate contracts. If you meet these requirements, we would love to hear from you:

    • You have worked with purchase management for at least 2 years
    • You are structured, well organised and good at managing your time with both day-to-day tasks and larger projects
    • You have experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
    • You speak, write, and understand English well. French or Dutch is a real plus
    • You take responsibility for your tasks and team to continuously improve processes and workflows
