How does the application process work?
Step 1: Invitation
We’ll get back to you in no time. If we see a possible match, we’ll invite you for an interview.
Step 2: Introduction
During your first meeting, we invite you to our office or see you on a video call.
Step 3: Content-related conversation & practical assessment
Usually, we see each other once or twice afterward for a more substantive conversation. Screening and an assessment will be part of the application process.
Step 4: Proposal and contract
Are we excited about you and are you sure you want to work at StriveCloud? Then we’ll make you an offer.
Step 5: Getting started at StriveCloud
You start with an introductory day in which we show you around. In this way, you will quickly get to know the organization and your new colleagues. We take familiarisation very seriously, so we won’t leave your side for the first few weeks.
