As the first Sales Development Representative in the United States at Sensolus, you will drive the growth in this market. You will be an ambassador of the Sensolus brand by being the first commercial touchpoint of many of our prospects in North America. You will be responsible for implementing processes to identify, engage and nurture relationships with prospects with the purpose of generating and qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities. In your role as Sales Development Representative, your professional activities will consist of: Identify and evaluate potential customers for Sensolus. Contact prospects through personalized phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. Qualify leads by determining if they are the right fit for the Sensolus solutions. Maintain relationships with potential buyers by adopting a consultative mindset and becoming a trusting advisor on non-powered asset tracking solutions. Optimize and automate cold outreach and more generally lead generation strategies, by using the latest tools and resources available.
You have a bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). You are able to define, validate and document the ideal SDR process which includes a proven knowledge on various outreach channels such as cold calling, cold emails, and social media. You are up to date with the latest sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems and lead generations software. You are able to automate processes to optimize efficiency. You have 2 years or more of experience in a SDR position working specifically on digital solutions in industrial manufacturing and/or logistics, with typical deal sizes between $50,000 and $250,000. You have outstanding oral and written communication skills. You are fluent in English. You have the ability to grasp and articulate complex technical digital solutions in a clear and concise manner. You have the analytical skills and mindset to implement and optimize the SDR process, with the clear ambition to grow the SDR team over time, while taking up more team and sales responsibilities yourselves. You are willing to travel sporadically throughout the US region for trade shows. You are focused on success and able to hit targets.
